NICK H. PASS
Managing Principal
Nick started his career with a regional real estate private equity group based in Saint Louis. After learning the transaction process and deal structures from a buy-side perspective, he co-founded a real estate investment brokerage firm. Over the five years he spent with the firm, it grew to include 13 employees while working on hundreds of investment properties. In late 2020 Nick decided he wanted to get back to the buy-side and launched PassCo Properties with his father Chuck. Nick is active in the day-to-day operations of the firm as well as sourcing new properties and helping to raise equity and debt.
Charles A. Pass
Principal
Charles “Chuck” Pass founded and owned a business-to-business office supplies and recycling company for the last 30 years. His firm, Pedro’s Plant, was an early adapter to the green movement and brought that service directly to the client’s office. He sold the firm in 2018 and, after a few years on the sidelines, decided to launch PassCo Properties with his son, Nick. He has many years of experience growing firms and has built countless lasting friendships and relationships in our community. Chuck is active in the operations of certain properties and is part of every transaction completed by PassCo Properties.
Samuel Maddox
Director of Investments
Sam acts as Director of Investments for PassCo Properties after years of experience in real estate private equity. He is active in the evaluation of opportunities, raising capital, and investor relations for the firm. Prior to joining PassCo, Sam worked at Walker Dunlop Investment Partners where he contributed to building a portfolio of over 1.4B AUM across five separate funds. He holds a Masters in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver and received his undergraduate degree from Buffalo State University where he competed on the Men’s Ice Hockey team.
